オペラシティから近く、新宿まで自転車で行けてしまう便利な所に

奥のお部屋は日がサンサンと入ってくるため、
冬でも日だまりができてとても暖かく明るいです。
夏は窓を開けると風が抜けて、
とても気持ちがいいです。

Since the sunshine pours into the the room and make a sunny spot,
the room is warm and bright in the winter.
As wind goes through the windows,
the room is fresh and comfortable in the summer.



駐車場もあるので、
車をお持ちの方にも最適です。

There is also a parking spot.



これだけ開口部が沢山ある賃貸も珍しいですが、
この立地でこのお家賃でこの使い易い広さとプランというのも
なかなか都心にはありません。
