2012年日本建築学会賞の作品部門で、
『トレフォルム』 W棟設計の西沢立衛氏の豊島美術館と、

Toshima Art Museum of Arch. Ryue Nishizawa who designed
west wing of "Treform" and...



『チルコ』『モデルナ』設計の設計組織ADHの真壁伝承館が選ばれました。

Toshima Densho-kan of ADH who designed "circo" and "Moderna" got
AIJ(Architecture Institute of Japan) 2012 Design prize.



どちらも東京からは遠い作品になりますが、
近くに行かれた際は是非立ち寄ってみてください。
住宅と公共建築では造りやスケールが異なるので、
設計者は同じでもまた違った空間の魅力を感じることができます。

Both are located in a little bit far from Tokyo,
but please visit when you go around the area.
Residence and public architecture are quite different
in a meaning of scale and structure.
I'm sure you would find new things in the space
even though designers are the same.

外苑前から徒歩８分、表参道からも徒歩８分のところにある物件が
『アルトピアノ』です。
観光やショッピングで人が多いエリアですが、
建物周辺は一歩住宅街に入ったところなのでとても静か。
緑も多くあります。

We have "alto piano" 8mins by walk from
both Omotesando station and Gaienmae station.
The area is known as famous shopping district
and sight seeing place,
but the building is stood on quiet residential area.
You can also see many green around this area.



最近クリーニングが終わった３０２号室は、
３階だけあってとても明るいです。
エントランスはコンクリートのたたきで
お部屋とフラットに繋がっているので、
SOHOや事務所としても使いやすいです。

Room 302 has just finished its cleaning.
The room is very bright as it's on third floor.
The entrance is made of flat concrete,
which is applicable for not only residence,
but also for SOHO or office use.



アイランドキッチンはシンクが大きく、
コンロも３つ口なのでとても使いやすいです。
収納は下にたっぷりあるので、
余計な物が目につかなくてかっこいいですね。

The island kitchen has a huge sink and three stoves.
There are enough cabinets under the sink,
so that you don't see nothing annoying on top and above.
Isn't this form cool and simple?



お風呂と洗面所は間接照明と光窓で
とてもエレガントな雰囲気です。
ホテルみたいな造りですが、
洗い場もあって結構使いやすいですよ。

Bathroom has a light window and indirect artificial lights.
It makes the space very elegant like ones at hotel.



寝室として使える個室には小さなバルコニーがあり、
そこから緑が見えます。
また、床もフローリングになるので、
オープンなリビングと比べると一気に落ち着いた空間になります。
収納もたっぷりあります。

There is a small balcony at bedroom,
and you can see full of green from there.
Also, the wooden floorings is making the room
more calm than that in the living room.
It has enough closet too.



東西にジャロジー窓がついているので、
ものすごく風が抜けるんです。
写真て見える以上に開放的な空間です。

Fresh breeze goes through the room
as there are windows on both sides of the room!
The actual room is more spacious and open
than it is on photo.



便利なところにあるだけでなく、
２人暮らしの住居としても、SOHOとしても、
事務所としてもとても使いやすい間取りです。

TPOの物件は大体住居かSOHOか事務所で使えるのですが、
事務所でしか使えないような物件は少ないんです。
でも、実はHPには事務所専用のカテゴリーがあるって

池尻大橋にある『ラディアン』の１階部分に、
共有エントランスを入らなくてもいいオフィス部分があるんです。

I recommend "RADIAN" in Ikejiri-Ohashi.
There is a small office space on the first floor,
where you don't even have to enter the common entrance.

It's transparent and half a level down.



入ると木のカウンター！
実はここ、以前事務所として使っていた入居者が、
内装をそのままにして退去しました。
その内装がとてもぬくもりがあり、使いやすく、
またほとんど使っていない状態だったので、
そのままで貸し出しています。

There is this wooden counter when you open the door.
This wooden counter is previous user's present, actually.
He did all the finishings of interior, and had to leave without
really using the place.
So its almost new!



木のカウンターはそのままデスクになっています。

The wooden counter continues to be desk at the wall.



裏にはきちんと収納が！
窓から見える緑の生け垣も心地よく、
午後は光がお部屋に入ってきます。

And there are shelves under the desk!
Green at the window makes you feel relaxed.
Also, natural lights come in in the afternoon.



キッチンもしっかり完備！
お手洗いもあります。
内装を考えなくていいのですから、
これからオフィスを少人数でスタートしたい方にはぴったり！！

明日のテレビ朝日の深夜番組でlinea リネアが紹介される予定です。
ちょっと変わった間取りを見ながら、タレントさんが
衝撃度ランキングの番付をするというコーナー。

先日、撮影の立会いをしてきました。
1時間半ぐらいかけて丹念に撮影していただいたのですが、
恐らく放送されるのは数十秒の世界でしょう。




リネアはユニークな空間を、入居者の創意工夫で各自が
個性的に住みこなしているのが特徴。
本当は入居者のお部屋をご紹介したいところですが
今回は空室のみ。



それでも映像でのご紹介は、めったにない事ですので
ご興味のある方はご覧になってみてください。

東京メトロ半蔵門線駒沢大学駅から
歩いて徒歩３分の所にある『チルコ』。

The site of "circo" is just 3 mins walk from Komazawa station
on Tokyo-Metro Hanzomo line.



とても便利な場所にある『チルコ』ですが、
現在紹介している２階は全てメゾネットです。
メゾネットはメゾネットでも、ちょっと変わったメゾネットです。

Rooms on 2nd floor of the apartment are all maisonnette.
And most of them are NOT NORMAL maisonnette.



下の図で、上の二つは今までもよくあったメゾネットです。
普通のメゾネットは『リネア』や『マグリア自由が丘』や
『スラッシュ北千束』など。
お部屋の上にお部屋が重なっている積層型です。
クロスメゾネットは『レヨン』や『クレビス』など。
真逆の２方向に開口が欲しい場合に使われています。
一番下のメゾネットが今回のチルコメゾネット。
クロスメゾネットを横型にしたようなものですが、
お部屋の長辺に階段の吹き抜けがあって上の部屋が少し見えるので、
実際よりもお部屋を広く感じることができます。

Below is the diagram of several maisonnette.
First two have been seen often before on TPO.
Usual maisonnette is piled room type:
"linea", "maglia jiyugaoka","slash kitasenzoku"
Cross maisonnette is used for rooms that requires
lights from opposite direction: "crevice","rayons"
The last one is the maisonnette of "circo".
It's like cross maisonnette, but since the long side has
staircase which makes two spaces continuously,
you feel the room bigger than it actually is.



２０４号室は２階の開口が大きく、
１階まで十分に光が入ってくるため明るくてオススメ！

I recommend #204 for sunlight comes in from big windows
to the downstairs, and the room is very bright.



下の狭いと思うようなスペースも、
パソコンスペースや本棚スペースなど
意外と有効に使えるのも◎。

You might feel there's no where to put things,
but those small spaces can be actually used as
pc room or book shelf space.

祐天寺駅から歩いて約10分の
linea リネア

10分だと少し遠いかも…
と思われるかもしれませんが、こんな緑道が途中にあるので、
お散歩気分で気持ち良く歩けます。

リネアの一番の特徴はお風呂！
タイルもかわいいです。

浴槽の両側の吹抜け部分を見下ろしてみると・・・ちょっとスリルがあります。
しかし浮いてるような浴室でシャワーを浴びるのも
不思議な感じで面白いですね。

長ーーいキッチンカウンターも、
4口コンロで、シンクも作業スペースもしっかりあります。
お料理好きな方には是非とも
得意料理でお友達をおもてなしして頂きたいです…！休日にホームパーティー。
素敵です。

もちろんリビングスペースも
奥行きがあって、広々使いやすそうです！
