先週工事中の写真を紹介した『ギプサ』ですが、
内覧会の日程が決定しました！

Date of "GIPSER" pre-open house is now determined!

Please make a reservation by phone or email.

内覧会以降お部屋を内見できるのは３月以降になりますので、
気になる方はこの機会にご内見下さい。
当日一つのお部屋に複数の申込がある場合は同時審査とさせていただきます。

We won't be able to show the room until March
if you miss this chance.
Also, if there are multi-application on a room,
the one (the resident) will be decided fairly among them.

東大泉の新築『ギプサ』ですが、先日足場が外れました。

"GIPSER" at Oizumi-Gakuen has finally showed its facade!!

GIPSER（ギプサ）とは、ドイツ語で左官という意味。
黄色い外壁の左官が特徴的なので、そこから名付けられました。

GIPSER means PLASTER or DAUBER which came from
surface finishing of the yellow part of the apartment.



２階の１Kのお部屋はこんな感じ。
２階でも陽だまりができるくらいに光が入ってきます。

Studio type with a small independent kitchen on 2nd floor
looks like this.
It's very bright even on the second floor.



普通なら廊下としてしか使われないようなスペースも結構幅があり、
ダイニングとしても十分使えます。

There is enough space for having dining room and
bed room separately.





203号室窓が多く開放的な造りです。

#203 has a lot of windows and is very open.



南側にも窓があり、２階でもこれだけ明るいです。

There are windows on both North side and South side
which brings in light as much as you see in this picture.





503号室は建物の中でも一番スペシャルなお部屋。
建物の前に高い建物がないので（目の前は消防署です）
北向きのベランダでもとても視界が開けます。

#503 is the most special room of the apartment.
As the front building is fire station, which is short,
the sight from the balcony is great.



503だけ天井高があり、斜めになっています。

Only #503 has high ceiling. And it's slanting.



これから白い壁紙が貼られます。

White wall paper will be put on the surface.





ちなみにお風呂はどのお部屋も（101号室以外）窓がついており、
明るくて広めのお風呂です。

By the way, every bathroom (except for #101) has small window.
