エントランスがタイル張りになっているので、
おしっこをしてしまってもシミになりにくいのです。

You can have pets in room #101 and #203.
The entrance of these rooms are made of tile which is
hard to be stained by pet's pee.



203号室は天井が高いのも特徴です。
通常住居の天井高は２m１０cm〜２m４０cm位ですが、
ここは３m以上あるため空間に広がりを感じます。
共用部を通らない独立したエントランスもあるので、
他の住人に迷惑をかけずにペットの散歩にも出かけられます。

Room #203 has high ceiling.
Residences usually have 2m10cm~2m40cm of ceiling hight,
but here has more than 3m.
You would feel the space bigger than it actually is.
Also, this room has a private entrance other than
the one that comes in from the common entrance.
You don't have to worry about other residents
when you want to take your pets a walk.

JRの恵比寿駅と、南北線・日比谷線の白金台駅との間に

The good feature of barres is that it is in a quiet residential area
AND is convenient to go out to the downtown of Tokyo.
The common entrance of the building is simple,
but very elegant.



それぞれのお部屋に専用のエントランスポーチがあります。

Each room has its own porch.



入口を入ると白いタイルが一直線にキッチンまで続きます。
仕切り扉がついているので、分けることもできます。

There is a sequence of the space from the entrance to
the kitchen with small white tiles.
But you can choose to separate those spaces
and hide the kitchen with a door for a situation
when you invite your friends to the room.

一見収納がないように見えますが、
コンクリートのピーコン穴を使えば、
棚やフック等をつけて収納を作ることができます。

There is no cabinet in the kitchen but you can create them
by using screw whole of the concrete.



バレは現在お部屋が一つしか空いていません。
この２０１号室は水廻りが分かれているワンルームタイプです。
広々とリビングを取ってもいいですし、
可動式家具でお部屋を二つにわけても使えます。
小規模の事務所としても最適ですね。

There is only one room left for barres right now.
This room, 201, is studio type with kitchen and bath room separated.
Using the room for one big sofa space would be great,
but you can also make the room into two spaces
with movable cabinets.
Applying as a small office would be perfect as well.

毎年恒例となったbarres　party。
白金にあるTPO企画物件の「barres」バレは、
毎年4Ｆに住むオーナーさんのご好意でテラスを開放いただき、
楽しい宴を開いていただいています。

今年のメインは岩手県が誇るプラチナポーク（白金豚）をボスが用意してくれました。
白金で白金豚を食す。ボスは狙ったようです。

肌寒くなってきたので、たくさんの野菜と一緒に贅沢なしゃぶしゃぶとなりました。

争奪戦の一部始終。

おいしい食事に

うっとりし

最後のシメは贅沢カレー！
カレールーをあのステーキ懐石で有名な根岸にある定谷（さだや）で調達し、
具沢山のカレーをボス自ら作ってくれました。
寒さ深まる夜に素敵な空間で楽しい時間を過ごさせていただき、
ありがとうございました！

白金にあるプラチナ通りから少し路地に入ったところに『barres』
そして外苑西通りから、これまた少し入ったところに『moderna』があります。

There is a rent apartment called "barres" with
just a little walk from Platinum street,
and "moderna" from Gaien-Nishi street of Shirogane station.





道幅や建物の高さもあってか、
地域一帯雰囲気がどことなくヨーロッパやアメリカを思わせます。
外国人居住者も多く、
インターナショナルスクールが点在しています。

Because of the width of the streets and the hight of buildings,
this area has European or American atmosphere.
Also, as many international residents live around here,
there are several international schools within the area.





『barres』にはそんな街の雰囲気を
建物の内側にまで連続させたようなエントランスがあります。

The entrance of "barres"
has similar kind of atmosphere of the area,
which is continuing from the outside into the building.



欧米の住宅街の雰囲気の中で住んでみたいと言う方、
もしくは外国から日本に来たけど
ちょっとまだ日本の空気に馴染めないという方、
ぜひ駅から歩いて建物を見て空気に触れてみて下さい。

皆さんご存知の東京都庭園美術館。
建物もさることながら庭園もきれいですよね。
でも僕はやっぱりコッチが気になります。
名前にもあるように金田中ですからね。間違いないです。



そんなアートと自然と食が楽しめる庭園美術館の程近くにbarresがあります。


庭園とまでは行きませんが緑があふれています。



さらに玄関前にバルコニーがあるので自分の庭？も作れちゃいます。

たまたまラジオから流れてきたコチラ。

 

これを聞くとリチャード・ギア（アメリカンジゴロ）を思い出します。

最近は「ハ～チィ」なんて言ってましたね。そのHACHI、結構面白いらしいです。

というわけで本日の物件は『barres（バレ）』。TPOでは珍しくペット可です。
※飼育可能なお部屋は203号室と204号室のみになります。

駐車場付です。





物件もさることながら街もステキです。
