ムシムシする季節の大敵はなんと言ってもカビ。
コンクリート打ち放しの多いTPO物件は
油断をすると湿気がこもり易いので注意が必要です。
特に新築物件は
打ったばかりのコンクリートから水分が抜け切っていないので、
換気がとても重要になってきます。
Humid summer in Tokyo has the best condition
for molds to inhabit.
Since most of the TPO apartments are made of
exposed concrete, which tends to contain
humidity in the space, 24 hours ventilation is crucial.
今回は特に湿気がこもり易いお風呂場について、
是非行って欲しい対策をご紹介します。
Today, I would like to introduce some
easy measure against molds which I highly
recommend you to do at home in daily life.
そもそもカビ菌はどこにでも浮遊しており、
気温２５℃以上、湿度７５％以上、
栄養となる餌がある、という条件が揃うと増殖します。
お風呂場には湿度と気温以外に、
髪の毛や石鹸カスといった餌があるために、
住宅の中では一番カビが発生し易い場所なのです。
Molds are floating around in the air
that you cannot just avoid or extinguish them.
Molds propagate themselves in the condition of
more than 77℉ of temperature, 75% of humidity,
and food such as human hair and soap scum.
Bathroom is the best place for molds to inhabit in house.
カビを発生させないためにはこの条件を作らないことです。
まず、お風呂を出る時に冷水でお風呂場を冷やすと共に、
壁や床等についている石鹸カスや垢を洗い流しましょう。
All you have to do is not to make this best condition.
When you finish your bath time,
cool down the bathroom with cold water.
At the same time, wash away all the soap scum
and dirt on the tub, wall, and floor.
次に、壁や床や浴槽の水滴をきれいに拭き取りましょう。
打ち放しやガラス張りのお風呂場であれば壁全体と隅っこの、
タイルのお風呂であれば特に目地の水気を取りましょう。
ユニットバスは大体既に抗菌処理が施されていますが、
全体を拭くことをオススメします。
この時、洗面器やシャンプー等を壁から離し、
全体を乾かしましょう。
After cooling down the bathroom, wipe away all the
water drops on the wall and floor of the room.
Exposed concrete and glass bathroom:
Wipe with dry towel. Don't forget the edge.
Unit bathroom:
Usually, it is made of anti-bacteria materials,
but I recommend to wipe all off with towel or hand wiper.
窓がついているお風呂場では窓を開けましょう。
５cm程度で十分です。
Open the window, at least 5cm, if you have window
in the bathroom.
窓がなければドアを開けましょう。
If you don't have window in the bathroom,
leave the door open.
常に２４時間換気は行って下さい。
Set the ventilation on 24hours a day 7days a week.
それでも湿気がこもる場合は、
除湿器や扇風機を置くことをオススメします。
また、浴室乾燥機を点けると温度が一気に上がるので、
湿度が高い状態では逆にカビが生え易くなります。
湿気を十分に取ってから点けるか、冬場だけの利用にしましょう。
If the bathroom is still humid,
place a dehumidifier or a fan.
When you are using heating dryer,
make sure that the space is not humid.
Heating dryer rises the temperature so that
it might cause molds if humidity is not enough taken away.
日頃から注意していればカビは防げます。
是非日頃から実践してください。
