サステイナブルルーム　- Sustainable Room -

日中が３０℃を越える日が続き、いくら節電とは言え皆さんエアコンを使わずには
いられないんじゃないでしょうか。
この『トリニテルージュ』の１０１号室は、設備としては４機ついていますが、
本当にエアコンいりません。

It's been more than 86℉ these days.
I assume many people can't stand being at home
without turning on the air conditioner.
But guess what?
You don't need air conditioner at "TRINITE Rouge" #101!



こちらは建物の外の気温です。
この日は３２℃ありました。

I actually measured the temperature outside and inside the building
to see the reason you don't need the air conditioner in this room.
This one above is the outside temperature, 89.6℉.



そしてこちらはお部屋の寝室です。
なんと２５℃、外とは７℃も差があります。

And this one above is the bedroom temperature of TRINITE Rouge #101.
It was 77℉!
12.6℉ different!
Don't you think this is a big deal?!



半地下のお部屋には緑もあり、風が抜けます。
地下部分は外気の影響を受けにくいので、
温度の変化がそれ程ありません。
また、地下は湿気がこもりやすいのが通常ですが、
このお部屋は開口部が大きく風が通り易いため、
きちんと換気をしていればその心配もほとんどありません。

Underground is basically shut out from the outside so that
it has less thermal effect.
It is considered to contain humidity, which is true most of the time,
but this room has green garden space and big window
so that the wind goes through the room to take off the humidity
if you leave the window open.



エントランスも広々しており天井が高く、
開放感に溢れます。
こちらも窓を開けると気持ちよく風が通り抜けます。

The entrance has rich open space with high ceiling and big window.
This space also has great wind path.



エントランスからキッチンまで続くテラコッタタイルは、
南ヨーロッパを彷彿させるような空間を作っています。
キッチンがこれだけオープンだと気持ち良いですね。

Entrance and kitchen floor are covered with terra cotta tiles.
When it's sunny outside and sunlight pouring in the room,
this open kitchen is very exotic like somewhere in South Europe.



電気に頼らなくでも建物自身が温度調整をしてくれます。
エコが騒がれていますが、このようなサステイナビリティは
やはり今も昔も家屋には必要な空間要素ですね。
晴れている日がこの部屋の良さを体験できる絶好のチャンスです。
