鍋パーティー　-Hot Pot Party-

近頃一段と寒くなってきました。
人を呼んでおうちでまったりお鍋なんかがしたくなりますね。

It's getting colder and colder these days.
Isn't it wonderful if you could bring your friends
to your house to do the Hot Pot Party?

自由が丘から徒歩８分にある『one+half』には、
人を呼んでお鍋を囲むのに最適なキッチンがあります。

Apartment named "one+half" has an excellent
kitchen for the party.



テーブルの高さ程度のガスコンロの横には
食卓として使うのに十分の広さのスペースがあり、
コンロの上にお鍋を置きながら向かい合って食事ができます。

The stove is as high as dining table so that
people can sit around it to do the pot.
Also, there are some spaces next to the stove
for you to apply as a general dining table.



また、お部屋は窓が大きくて開放感たっぷり。
暖房や大掃除で淀んだ空気も、窓を開ければすっきり抜けます。

Since the room has big windows,
you feel the space very open.
Once you leave the window on both sides open,
the air never gets stale in the room.



ワンルームですが、可動式収納やカーテンレールがあるので、
自分で好きなように空間を分けて使えます。

It's studio type, but you can divide the spaces with
curtains and movable furniture.

人が来たらベッドをかくして大きくワンルームに、
普段使いは自分のスペースを確保して１LDKに、
なんていう風に状況によってお部屋を簡単に変えられます。

It's very easy to arrange the room flexibly yourself.
For example, when friends are coming,
push away your belongings to one side of the room
so that you can use the room as one big studio type.
When you want your space to do your thing,
apply furniture to make it into 2 rooms.



窓から太陽の光が気持ちよく入ってくるので
何もなくても日中は十分に温かいのですが、
床暖房が入っていて夜でも心配いりません。

The room is very warm at daylight
as the direct sunlight is pouring into to room.
Floor heating is equipped, so not to worry
for the night too.
