駅近で静かなお部屋　-Room that is quiet and close to the station-

東急東横線都立大学駅から徒歩３分のところに、『zephyr』はあります。
駅からは近いのですが、住宅街にあるためにとても静かなところです。

“zephyr” is placed 3 minutes walk from Toritsu-Daigaku sta.
on Tokyu Toyoko Line.
Although the apartment is close to the station,
the place is very quiet as it is in residential area.



全てのお部屋のエントランスは
このようにポーチがついたような形になっているので、
物を置いたり植物を育てたりして楽しめます。

Every room has its entrance porch
so that you can enjoy glowing plants or bring in your bike.



これらのポーチは全て真南に向いているため、
日中は気持ちよく光がお部屋に入ってきます。
一階と二階のお部屋はワンルーム形式で、
可動式収納やお手持ちの家具等で仕切れば、
自由に用途に合わせて空間を使い分けることができます。

Rooms are half-filled with sunlight
as these porches are all facing to the South.
Rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are studio type.
You can arrange the space with movable furniture
and your own belongings.

機能面でも充実しています。
収納が多く、キッチンやお風呂がそれぞれ独立しているため、
お部屋に物を沢山置くことなく奇麗に使っていただけます。

As there are enough closet space,
and kitchen and bathroom are separated from the room,
it is unnecessary to put too many things in the room.



物を見せないようにしまえるので、
住居利用の場合はお友達を呼んだり、
事務所利用の場合は接待スペースにしたりと、スッキリ使えます。

また、一階のお部屋には奥にテラスがあります。
折り戸ですので開口が全部開きます。
植物を置いたり、アンティークの椅子とテーブルなんかをおいて
ワインをいただくのも良いですね。

There are terrace in both rooms on 1st floor.
You can fully open the window.
How about putting antique table and chairs to enjoy some wine?



例えば１０２号室は１２畳（１８平米）ですが、
ポーチ部分とテラス部分の開口を全開にすると開放感が増し、
実際よりもお部屋が広く感じられます。

Talking about room 102, for example,
the room itself is 18㎡ but if you open
both terrace window and porch window,
the room can be felt much bigger.
