中野駅前　- New Nakano Station -

中野駅前の開発がどんどん進んでおり、ここのところ行き交う人も更に多くなりました。
キリンの本社等の会社や早稲田大学、明治大学等の大学も中野に校舎を構えることから、
これから増々賑やかになることが予想されます。

JR Nakano station has been renovated for past several years,
and it is almost appearing its face.
KIRIN, one of the biggest beverage companies in Japan,
is setting its main office in Nakano.
Also, branch campus of Waseda University and Meiji University is
under the construction right next to the renewal area.
It is highly expected that many people will move to Nakano.



先日、この開発中の公園に行ってきました。

I went to the park in middle of this renovating area the other day.



ビルに囲まれているため時間によっては日陰の部分もありますが、
広々とした歩道が続いており、お散歩には絶好の場所です。

There are shadows on green depends on time
as tall office buildings are surrounding.
Although, it is very nice place to have a walk
with wide pedestrian and refreshing green.



丁度大学のキャンパスをそのまま公園にしたような開放感があります。
社会人と学生が交わることができるコミュニケーションの場となるのでしょう。

It is open as if the university campuses are continuing to the park.
I assume this will be a place where students and workers communicate.



ビルの中に入っているカフェでランチをしました。

I had a lunch in one of the cafes in the office building.



チェーンのパンケーキカフェですが、
可愛いだけではなくて美味しかったです。

It was a sweet pancake cafe which has many other restaurants in Tokyo.



中野エリアにはTPO物件が沢山あります。
