一つだけ違う間取り　-Only One Different Plan-

南北線の王子神谷、京浜東北線の王子と東十条、
そして埼京線の十条からも歩いて行けてしまう『ブロッコ』。
皆十字型の似た形をしていますが、それぞれ配置や特徴が違うのが
面白い物件です。

"blocco" has very easy access from Ojikamiya on Nanboku-Line,
Oji and Higashi-Jujo on JR Keihin-Tohoku Line,
and Jujo on JR Saikyo-Line.
Every room has different plans, but most of them are shape of the cross.



その中でも私がオススメなのは、先日やっと清掃が完了した１０５号室。
ここは他のお部屋にはない、たった一つの間取りなのです。

I recommend #105, which has finally finished its cleaning lately.
The shape of the room is the ONLY ONE and non other room has
this type of plan.



ドアを開けると土間部分は少なく、こじんまりとした玄関と
フローリングのコンパクトなフォアイエがあります。

Once you open the door, there is a small DOMA and
compact foyer.



入って左を見ると、珍しく廊下。
ですが、奥に光窓がある上にお部屋との区切りも緩やかなので、
閉鎖感を全く感じません。

When you enter and look left, there is a short corridor,
but it doesn't look like an usual dark corridor because it has many
lights and openings on both walls.



ちょっと進んで左にあるキッチンは
上階のお部屋と違って独立型。
扉こそついてはいませんが、つっぱり棒等で入り口を塞げば、
完全に隠すこともできまっす。

If you go farther more , there is an independent kitchen on left.
There is no slide door between the space and the corridor,
but you can just put curtain between them to separate the space.



更に奥に進むとかっこいい猫足のお風呂場があります。
窓もついていて天井も高いので気持ちが良いです。

And at the end of the corridor, there is a bathroom on left.
It has a window and high ceiing which makes your bath time
bright and feel open.



ここがお部屋のかどっこ。
光を取り入れるためだけの窓ですが、
日が差し込むと白い壁にくっきりと光の筋ができ、
とても幻想的です。
ちょっとしたキャビネットや植物を置きたいですね。

This photo is the one of the edge of the room.
Its purpose is to take in lights.
It is amazing when light from outside makes a line
of natural light on the white wall.
Probably putting a small cabinet or a plant
would be a nice idea.



お部屋はふたつに分けることも一つとして使うこともできます。

The room can be used as one or into two.



２K＋αなのか１DKもしくは１LDKなのか、
使い方によって形が変わるのでなんとも定義しにくいですが、
住空間の用途をしっかり分けてお使いいただけます。

It is difficult to define what shape this room is
as you can change it as you like,
but you can at choose yourself how to use it
and where to apply your living style.
