小さな塔に住むとどうなるか。　- When you live in a small tower -

沼袋駅から歩いて行けて、中野駅まで自転車やバスで通える場所にある、
おなじみ小さな塔、『ラトレッタ』のレイアウト例をご紹介します！

" La Torretta", meaning a small tower, is located in the area of
Numabukuro, which has access to Nakano station by bike or bus.
I would like to show you one layout example of the best room in this
apartment, #502.



最上階の５階は天井が高く、実際よりも広く感じます。
大きく開けられた沢山の開口から連続した景色が臨めて
「塔の上」という感じがよく伝わってきます。

Room on the top floor, the 5th, has the highest ceiling
and you feel the room more spacious than others.
You can see continuous view through many windows with different sizes,
which makes you feel like you are on the top of a tower.



ちょっとしたところにある窓が開放感をだし、
色々な光を取り込んだ空間をつくります。
キッチンはシンクの下が空いているので、
このように収納を作ったり、家電を置いたりできます。

Small window, such as the one at the kitchen, takes in lights
and makes the space open.
There are enough blank space under the kitchen counter,
so that you can make cabinet as you like.



ガラスの引き戸で仕切られているお部屋はフローリングで、
開放的なリビングに比べると落ち着いた造りになっています。
カーテンで仕切れるハンガーポールは長さが十分あるので、
二人暮らしでも問題ない位収納できます。

The inner room has wooden floor which is divided with glass slide doors.
It has more comfortable and protected space rather than
the high ceiling living room.
There is a long hanger pole, but you need to put curtains to make it
into a closet.
The pole is long enough to hang clothes for two people.



洗面所に繋がっている小窓もちょっとした仕掛け。
ガラスが多いお部屋ですが、カーテンレールがついているので、
視線を操作することは可能です。
でも、５階だと歩行者の視線は気になりませんし、
晴れた日にゆっくり過ごしたい時は全部開けて開放的になるのがオススメ。

There is a fixed small window between the inner room and bathroom.
This is another small trick to make you feel the space open.
It is possible to control the sights from outsiders as there are
curtain rails on each windows.
Although, I recommend to open every window and be open
when you want to feel relaxed in the room on sunny days.
Besides, pedestrians can not see inside your room if its on the 5th floor.
