都立大駅メゾネット　- Maisonette in Toritsu-daigaku -

"zephyr" is known as ' an apartment located 3 mins walk from
Toritsu-daigaku station'.
Most of the rooms are studio type, but this room #301 is
rare maisonette type on top floor.



ポーチがついていて、ベランダのような玄関から入るタイプのお部屋です。

The entrance has terrace, which is like a terrace.



下の階は他のお部屋と同じ感じですが・・・

Room on down stairs is as same as other ones of studio type.



吹き抜けがあり、上の階に続く階段があります。

Different part is that there is a void to up stairs.



最上階で北向きの大きな天窓があり、吹き抜けの上から光が注ぎます。

Because there is a huge fixed window on top of the ceiling,
plenty of light pours into the room.
The top light is facing to North.



下の階でも十分明るく、開放感があります。

Even the room on down stairs is bright enough and very open
with this light comes in from ceiling window.



２階には可動式家具が二つと南向きにベランダがあります。

There are 2 movable cabinets on up stairs.



建て付けのクローゼットもあり、収納力は十分です。

Also there is a big closet.



２階にあるお風呂には窓がついていて、気持ちよくお使いいただけます。

Since bathroom on the second floor has a window,
it's bright and has good ventilation environment.



トイレは別に１階にあるので、事務所やＳＯＨＯでも利用しやすくなっています。

Toilet is separated from the bathroom.
Therefore it's easy to apply the room as office use or SOHO use.



キッチンは扉で独立した収納力たっぷりのものです。
３口コンロで作業スペースも大きいので、
よくお料理をされる方でも使いやすい使用になっています。

Kitchen is separated from room and has a slide door.
There are many cabinets on top and below the sink.
It has 3 stoves and enough space between sink and stove.
It's very much recommended to those who love cooking.
