今年２月に竣工した『トレフォルム』。
多くの雑誌に取り上げられまして、
少しずつ部屋数が少なくなってきました。

"Treform" in Shinohtsuka has finished its construction this February.
It has been on many magazines, and now not many rooms are left.



今ご紹介しているお部屋の中で私がオススメなのが、
小川さん設計のN棟の１階。

I recommend rooms on 1st floor of N building, designed by Arch Shinichi Ogawa.



１階ですが道に面していないのでとても静かです。
また、竹が植わっている庭に面しているので、
なんだか雰囲気は日本庭園。
モダンですが、眺めるとホッとするお庭です。

They are on 1st floor, but very quiet as they are not facing to a road.
Also, they are facing to bamboo garden, which makes you feel like
you are in a Japanese traditional garden.
It is modern, but you feel relaxed for sure.



１階はバルコニーがデッキになっていて、
これも雰囲気を柔らかくしている素材の一つ。
空間は真っ白ですが、だからこそ自然の色が目に入ると和みます。

The balconies on 1st floor are deck, which also makes the room
more soft and comfortable.
The space is very white (wall, ceiling, and floor) but
that's why those natural colors do good to this room and design.



隠れていますが、収納はたっぷりです。

There are enough closet.
They are all hidden by a white slide door.



コーリアンという人工大理石を使ったながーいキッチンは、
初めて見るとびっくりします。
でもかなり使いやすいんです。
石なのでお手入れもしやすいし、
鏡の中は収納になっていて物も沢山入ります。

Probably you would be surprised if you see the white long
kitchen made with artificial marble.
But this kitchen is very efficient and useful.
Inside the mirrors in front of the kitchen are all cabinet.



また、台の下には何もないので、
ここにボックスを入れて奇麗に収納を作ると、
ほとんどの物はしまえてしまうでしょう。
いすを置くと丁度良い高さなので、
カウンター部分はダイニングテーブルや
スタディスペースとして使うのがオススメ。

You can customize more cabinet under this kitchen counter.
This counter has adequate hight for dining or study chairs,
so applying edge spaces as dining table or study desk might be
smart way.



お風呂も細長くてびっくりされる方が多いですが、
浴槽がとても大きいので実はすごくゆったりできるんですよ。
間接照明のお風呂なんて、そうそうありません。

Many people are amazed with this long bath tub too.
The size is very big, so you can enjoy your bath time
relaxing with your feet stretched out.
And I say indirect lighted bathroom is not common
between apartments in Japan.



賃貸だからこそ経験できるお部屋です。
シンプルでミニマムなお部屋に一度住んでみませんか？

This room can be experienced because it is rental.
