賃料査定　- Rent Appraisal -

2012年の頭はたくさんの新築物件とスタートします。
毎回新築物件の募集条件は、営業と企画のスタッフ一同で
躯体が立ち上がった状態の現場を実際に訪れて査定を行います。

We start our new year with many new apartments
which is now under the construction.
Our sales and planning staff went to the field site the other day,
to decide the rent.



仕上げがされていない現場は危険と隣り合わせ。
釘が大量に落ちていたり、手すりがなかったり、
穴が開いていたり、天井が低かったり、
お部屋に入るまでに十分な注意が必要です。

Unfinished field site is full of danger:
Many nails are still on the floor, there is no hand rail on the terrace,
there are many holes, and part of ceilings are lower.



そんな中で光の入り方、景色の良さ、使いやすさなどを吟味し、
資材がたくさん置いてある部屋を見ながら生活する姿を想像します。
写真は昨年末に訪れた『トレフォルム』の現場。

We image life style and examine the value of each rooms
by amount of light, view sight, and usability.
